Tell us what you need. If you send a unit to us for evaluation, we will give you a prompt report. We will tell you if we can rewind the unit, and we’ll give you a firm price and turnaround time.

If you decide to get the unit repaired, it will be returned prepaid for the price quoted.

If you decide not to get the unit repaired, you need to tell us if you want the old unit returned. If it is returned unrepaired, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

If you tell us to scrap the old unit, you will owe nothing.

There is no charge for evaluation and quotes.

We guarantee our work. If we do a job for you and you feel it is not right, tell us. We will make it right or refund your money.
