What did you like best about our service or
product? It works well. It arrived when Mr.
Davis said it would.
Do you have any suggestions for
improvement? No, not really. The phase converter
is a little like a Zippo lighter. It would be difficult to improve it.

I never met Jim Davis, only talk to him a few times on the phone. From
the conversation I have come (to) the conclusion that Jim Davis is first
of all a man of his word. I believe he knows what he is talking about,
fully knowledgeable of phase converter and will share information freely,
a man that can be trusted to keep his word and provide a quality piece of
equipment that does what it was designed to do.
Like many others, I found Mr. Davis on the
internet, plus others. I called a few, and when reading between the lines,
I felt uncomfortable dealing with them. When I got Mr. Davis on the phone,
I knew that he could provide me with what I wanted plus a thorough
breakdown of how it worked. His explanation was easy to understand and
made common sense out of a complicated item. In short, Mr. Davis made no
attempt to give me a drink with a fire hose. He explained. I understood.
Nothing was lost.
I would use Mr. Davis again when the need
comes about and shall recommend him to anyone needing a converter.
For those who don’t know about phase
converters and think they have a need for one, from a pump, lathe, milling
machine, grinder or whatever, Jim Davis can answer your questions, provide
suitable equipment and can be trusted.
